Solar energy is a brilliant ingredient in the fossil-free energy mix. At Rabbalshede Kraft, we believe in a diversified system where all renewable energy sources work together to deliver locally produced and green energy. In this system, solar energy has a natural place – it is renewable, infinite, and incredibly efficient. Did you know, for example, that the sun’s radiation on our planet contains more energy in just a few hours than what the entire world consumes in a year? Solar power also synergizes very well with wind power, as the energy sources complement each other at different times of the year.

Do you own a field, cropland, or a large stretch of land somewhere in the country? With our large-scale solar concept, we can build a megawatt-sized solar park on your land, where the energy produced in the park is fed directly into the power grid. As a landowner, you can choose if you want to lease the land to us, buy the electricity via an electricity contract, or step in as a co-owner of the park. Your land, your choice! If you are interested in taking the park to the next level, we can also create a combined PPA with both solar and wind power, where the electricity produced in one of our wind farms is included. And since all good things come in threes, we can, as the leading player in Sweden in hydrogen from wind power, also include a hydrogen plant in the park.

Do you own an industrial property, a shopping center, or another type of facility with high energy consumption? Through our concept for medium-sized facilities, we can build a solar cell facility on your company’s premises. You don’t have to invest a penny in the facility – we will build, maintain, and own it throughout its entire life cycle and sell the electricity to you via a long-term electricity contract. The benefits? Apart from getting renewable and investment-free electricity, you don’t have to pay expensive spot prices, network costs and in many cases also electricity tax. We own the panels, and you get locally produced solar energy – always at a fixed price. A brilliant deal, wouldn’t you say?
