Rabbalshede Kraft AB and Eolus Vind AB have renegotiated the agreement pertaining to the Tolvmanstegen wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad. Under the new agreement, Rabbalshede is to sell its share of the windfarm to Eolus Vind.
Rabbalshede Kraft AB and Eolus Vind AB have renegotiated the agreement pertaining to the Tolvmanstegen wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad (pressrelease Rabbalshede February 22, 2011). Under the new agreement, Rabbalshede is to sell its share of the windfarm to Eolus Vind.
The Tolvmanstegen wind farm encompasses permits to establish a total of 24 wind turbines. Under the former agreement between the companies, Rabbalshede Kraft was entitled to construct 50% of the wind turbines and Eolus Vind the remaining 50%. In the new agreement, Rabbalshede Kraft is to sell its share to Eolus Vind, which will thus operate the wind farm independently and assume responsibility for construction.
