The Tolvmanstegen wind farm in Strömstad Municipality received a permit during autumn 2009. The permit comprises a total of 24 wind turbines. In the old agreement, Rabbalshede Kraft owned the rights to construct one-third of the turbines, with Eolus Vind holding the rights for the remaining two-thirds. In August 2010 the agreement with Eolus Vind was renegotiated. In the new agreement, Rabbalshede Kraft owns the rights to construct 50 percent of the turbines in the wind farm. Commercial operation is scheduled for autumn 2011.
