The Share

The Company and its shares are connected to the electronic securities system, VPS, with Euroclear Sweden AB as the central clearing house.

The shares are not listed and are as such not currently traded. The Company is preparing an application for listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm exchange.

Unofficial trading of the company’s shares

On June 14, 2011, Rabbalshede Kraft’s Board of Directors resolved to allow Alternativa Sweden the responsibility of brokering the company’s shares pending an application for an official listing on the NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.

Alternativa Sweden is a trading platform that has been under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority since 2003.
Alternativa offers equities trading services to unlisted companies.
Equity trading is pursued through two separate lists: the Alternative list (A list) and Broker list (M list).
