Rabbalshede Kraft AB and Eolus Vind AB have renegotiated the agreement pertaining to the Tolvmanstegen wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad. Under the new agreement, Rabbalshede is to sell its share of the windfarm to Eolus Vind.

The Tolvmanstegen wind farm encompasses permits to establish a total of 24 wind turbines. Under the former agreement between the companies, Rabbalshede Kraft was entitled to construct 50% of the wind turbines and Eolus Vind the remaining 50%. In the new agreement, Rabbalshede Kraft is to sell its share to Eolus Vind, which will thus operate the wind farm independently and assume responsibility for construction.

“Rabbalshede Kraft and Eolus Vind have a well-established partnership and we are collaborating on a number of projects throughout Sweden. In terms of Tolvmanstegen, we are in agreement that the wind farm is more compatible with Eolus Vind’s strategy. Rabbalshede Kraft is now proceeding with a number of projects that are next in line in the project portfolio,” says Thomas Linnard, President of Rabbalshede Kraft.
