About us

Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) plans and constructs onshore wind farms in Sweden with the aim of operating and managing these farms independently or in partnership with other players. Our vision is to be the leading player in the Swedish market in the transition to climate-friendly and long-term sustainable energy production.

Rabbalshede Kraft currently has four wind farms in operation with a combined output of 61 MW.

The Company’s primary income source is the operation of proprietary wind farms, while an extensive project portfolio comprises the basis for growth. The project portfolio currently comprises placements for about 450 wind turbines, distributed among some 50 wind farms throughout Sweden. The goal is to achieve an annual production capacity of 1.5 TWh by 2015 through the operation of about 250 wind turbines.

Since Rabbalshede Kraft was formed in 2005, the Company has, through expertise and in partnership with knowledgeable planners, completed the full process for achieving environmental and construction permits. The Company’s core competence is planning, procurement, distribution, operation and maintenance of wind farms. Thorough preparatory work is critical to the profitability of a wind-power project.

In May 2010, Rabbalshede Kraft became the first wind-power company in Sweden to secure both ISO 9001 quality certification and ISO 14001 environmental certification. The company implements an industrial approach and industrial processes in all areas, from pre-planning of wind farms to operation and maintenance of farms and wind turbines.

Thomas Linnard is President of the Company. The Board of Directors, which comprises five persons, holds the technical and financial expertise to live up to shareholders’ expectations.

To guarantee the long-term capital requirements that the planned build-out requires, the Company is preparing an application for listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm exchange.
